Our speaker, Abdullatif, a PhD candidate at the University of Melbourne, will present “Exploring Potential BIM Application across the Project Life Cycle of Public Sector Construction Projects”.

About the Talk:

The seminar will explore the role of Building Information Modelling (BIM) in enhancing the delivery of public sector construction projects in Tanzania. Abdullatif will discuss how BIM’s integration across project stages can improve efficiency, reduce waste, and support sustainable development in resource-limited settings. His research sheds light on the unique challenges and opportunities of applying BIM in developing economies, offering practical insights for policymakers, practitioners, and researchers.
